Terms and Conditions

Website provisioning - Client details will be added to sub-domain website within 5 working days of the order being received. All text based changes requested by the client to the sub-domain website are included in the establishment fee. Any ongoing text and graphics changes are included in the maintenance fee. Any structural developments are by consultation and changes are charged at $40 per hour. Publication - Additional content supplied by the client may be added at any time during the term of the agreement and is included in the monthly hosting and maintenance fee. The client is responsible for ensuring all necessary licences and/or permissions for materials supplied have been met. The client will accept all liabilities for any breach of copyright claims for such materials. Ownership - The sub-domain at all times will remain the property of Gadspace Pty Ltd. The client has the right to lease the sub domain indefinitely provided the monthly fees do not fall into arrears for more than a 30 day period. Failure to pay the monthly fees on time may result in termination of this agreement, upon which all outstanding monies fall due for immediate payment. At the total discretion of Gadspace, the sub-domain may be leased to an alternate customer. Any Bank fees charged by our Bank as a result of Client�s Bank Dishonour of recurring monthly installments or fees will be charged to Client Account, continue to accrue and remain the responsibility of the Client until paid in full. Term and Termination - The initial minimum term of this contract is 6 months In the result of the client being the subject of any receivership or bankruptcy, we reserve the right to terminate the lease agreement. Upon expiry of the initial term, the client may terminate this agreement by giving 14 days notice in writing. Privacy and Disclosure - At no time will we distribute, on sell or make available to any third parties, information obtained in any business transaction with the client. Refunds and Returns - All fees paid to Gadspace Pty Ltd for website establishment, ongoing maintenance hosting and optimisation are non refundable.
